Here is a bunch of epic fails that show people at their most humiliated and most embarrassing moments. You may not consider some of these to be epic fails. For example, the first image in the first gallery isn't really humiliating for the person commenting. However, it is embarrassing for the person who uploaded the video and therefore gets to be on this page. If you are going to add images here, please take note that each gallery should only contain 20 images as it begins to look messy if you end up with over 50 images in one gallery.
